2026-10-13
Section titled “2026-10-13”Rooms can start from a question, the Developers area gains a console and a usage page, and the Ontology page has a new look. Pro now pools credits per seat, and the graph gets a more lively Graph Lab.
- Feature Start a Room from a question. The agent proposes cards, and they stay off the board until you place them.
- Feature The Developers console shows your API keys and connected MCP clients, and guides you through a first API call.
- Feature The Developers usage page shows failed requests, how long requests take, slow requests and why an MCP request failed. You can filter by member and time.
- Feature Send feedback from the account menu or an error page in Workspace, Notes and Quality, and rate Ask answers with a thumbs up or down.
- Feature yggy Care, first version: a health score for your graph on the dashboard, plus nightly checks that look for problems to fix.
- Feature Pro plans pool credits per seat and can be billed yearly. Usage beyond the pool is billed on top.
- Feature The page of an entry lists what was merged into it, and you can split a part back off.
- Feature The graph points out entries that may be the same and lets you merge them or keep them apart.
- Feature When you leave the graph alone, the camera slowly tours its groups in 3D.
- Feature Write notes with formatting buttons and a preview, and switch the layout of the Notes graph while you look at it.
- Feature Save notes even when you are out of credits and read them later.
- Feature Facts whose source documents have all been deleted are hidden from your graph.
- Improvement Graph Lab is now the graph page and replaces Graph Explorer. Related entries show as islands, and titles of groups show how many entries they hold.
- Improvement The Ontology page has a new layout. Classes are tiles with a details panel, data properties are grouped by type with coverage, identities are a grouped list, and relations are grouped with a matrix.
- Improvement Ontology proposals work as a queue where you decide on one at a time. A proposed term reads as a sentence, and reviewers can fix its meaning.
- Improvement Review uses the same calm layout for merges and conflicting facts.
- Improvement A relation can be a more specific version of a broader one, and a new relation needs a description.
- Improvement Our team can set a plan and a credit cap for an organization, and the organization’s own spend controls stay within it.
- Improvement The billing explanation uses tiles, rows and a price card, so it is quicker to read.
- Improvement Extraction notices when a document denies a fact or only suggests it.
- Improvement To decide whether two entries are the same, yggy now reads the passages that mention each one.
- Improvement Two companies with the same full name and legal form, such as GmbH, are treated as likely the same company.
- Improvement The people in the From, To and Cc fields of an email are recognized as people.
- Improvement Tables in PDFs with selectable text are read more accurately.
- Improvement Documents show how many facts extraction found as soon as it finishes, and the processing receipt shows page count and how long each stage took.
- Improvement The capture card opens with a short animation, and yggy ducks behind it.
- Improvement API key access is easier to read, and the quickstart steps aside once you have made a call.
- Fix One email no longer creates duplicate people and addresses, and reading a document again leaves no leftover entries.
- Fix The slash-command menu in Ask stays on screen, and Escape works correctly in the note editor after formatting.
- Fix Signing in with Google or Microsoft with an unverified email no longer loops.
- Docs The docs have a Developers section with a REST reference that is generated from the API.
2026-10-12
Section titled “2026-10-12”You can now bring Linear issues into yggy and they stay up to date. Developers can also connect yggy to their own systems with webhooks and see every API request in a request log.
- Feature Connect your own Linear account and import issues when you need them, from Data Sources or the upload dialog.
- Feature Imported Linear issues stay current: when an issue or its comments change in Linear, yggy updates its copy.
- Feature Webhooks, under Developers: yggy sends signed messages to your web address when documents, review items, entities or connections change. Failed deliveries are tried again, and a delivery log shows what was sent.
- Feature A request log under Developers shows each call made with your API keys and apps. You can also stream it to your own log tool.
- Improvement Data Sources shows when a connection’s syncs fail or when it needs to be reconnected.
- Improvement Organization API keys now act as the organization. They keep working when the person who created them leaves, can never do more than an admin could, and cannot reach private chats, notes, notifications or documents. A key that is not limited to one project reaches every project shared with the organization. Review your keys under Developers, API keys.
- Improvement Personal API keys stay within their own permissions everywhere. Bulk deletes and updates through the API are no longer possible, and audit events show which key made a call. Keys without stored permissions keep working as before.
2026-10-11
Section titled “2026-10-11”yggy Notes got a lot of polish: Ask understands slash commands, notes with attached files have their own page, and you can show your notes inside yggy Workspace. Duplicate people and companies in your graph are also merged more carefully, and a merge can now be undone.
- Improvement yggy Notes and yggy Workspace now share one profile and the same sign-in settings.
- Feature You can show your yggy Notes in yggy Workspace. This is off until you turn it on.
- Feature Ask has a topic chip and slash commands. Type /central to see the most connected topics in your graph, or /changes to see what changed recently.
- Improvement Ask now reads the text of your notes and the topic you have selected, so answers fit what you are looking at.
- Feature Notes that have files attached get their own note page.
- Improvement Recent is now the first tab in Notes and opens by default.
- Feature Opening a topic from the graph shows the notes it came from.
- Improvement The header toolbar and account menu in yggy Notes are tidier.
- Improvement On phones, the Notes tabs are compact. On wide screens, a link to a topic centers it in the graph with its neighbors.
- Fix Notes no longer flash an empty page while they load, and the page catches up again after a lost connection.
- Feature Plus subscribers can manage or cancel their plan themselves.
- Improvement The app switcher shows yggy Notes instead of a “coming soon” tile, and the Quality and Notes tiles open their apps.
- Improvement Companies are recognized by their commercial register number, LEI or VAT ID, which helps yggy tell when two entries are the same company.
- Improvement An email address now identifies a person, so the same person with different emails ends up as one entry.
- Fix Facts with empty or invisible names no longer reach your graph, and the same name mentioned several times in one document becomes one entry instead of several.
- Feature Merging two entries is now reversible. You can split a merged entry back apart, and you can mark two entries as “not the same” so they are never merged again.
- Feature In personal workspaces, clear duplicates are merged automatically. Every merge and every “keep apart” decision is recorded.
- Improvement Mail imports keep job relations, such as who works where.
- Improvement Importing a file that is already in yggy now points you to the existing document instead of creating a second copy.
- Feature The Developers page lets you manage API keys, see connected AI tools and try a guided first call. Only owners and admins can manage organization keys.
- Fix Linking a Microsoft account is safer, and if linking fails you see the error in the app you came from.
- Improvement The graph subtitle says what the graph covers, and graph views always use the organization in the address. My notes shows a Personal badge.
- Chore Preparation for weighing more evidence before merging people with the same name (not switched on yet), a repair of links left over from earlier merges, and better error reporting.
2026-10-10
Section titled “2026-10-10”yggy Notes is easier to start with on a phone, can connect to Slack, and shows which notes each topic in your graph came from. Large mailbox imports also finish properly when you reach your credit limit.
- Improvement New and light users get a simpler Home screen on phones.
- Feature You can connect Slack to yggy Notes.
- Improvement The attach menu shows an icon for each option.
- Feature Each topic in the graph now links back to the notes it came from.
- Improvement A mailbox import that has started finishes even if it goes past your credit limit, then stops. An import can go over the limit by at most one month of credits.
- Fix If sign-in with Google or Microsoft is refused because your email is not on the access list, you now see an explanation instead of an error page. If you already have an account, you are taken into the app.
- Fix On phones, the language switcher on the login page no longer covers the form title.
- Fix The Privacy and Terms links in the footer open the product pages.
- Improvement The graph’s fit-view button uses a framing icon instead of a fullscreen icon.
- Fix The graph list shows a shared name only once and gives a name to entries that had none.
- Improvement The Outlook provider shows the Outlook logo.
- Chore Build and packaging fixes for our services, and tidier toolbar buttons in sheets.
2026-10-09
Section titled “2026-10-09”yggy Notes now has Terms and Privacy links in more places and asks for your consent before any analytics run. You can also dictate your questions in Ask yggy.
- Feature You can dictate questions in Ask yggy instead of typing them.
- Improvement yggy Notes shows Terms and Privacy links in the footer, on the sign-in page and in the account menu. A smaller “powered by” line sits under the logo, and the footer is more compact.
- Feature A shared cookie banner for yggy.tech: analytics only run after you agree.
- Improvement The option to install yggy Notes as an app moved out of the user menu and now appears as a hint in the app.
- Chore A new speech-to-text service for dictation, shared health checks, logging and error reporting for our services (rollout in progress), and fixes for gaps in error reporting.
