Rooms

A project holds documents and the graph. A question that uses more than one project needs a place to sit. A Room is that place.

  1. Select Rooms.
  2. Type a question, for example Who shares a plant with the recalled batch?
  3. Select the projects you can already open.
  4. Leave Let yggy place a first set of cards on if you want a starting set. You can undo it.
  5. Select Start Room.

The Room title comes from the question. Drag the background to move. Scroll to zoom.

  1. In the tray, search the invited projects, or select Note.
  2. Press Enter. The card lands at the centre. On a wide screen you can then drag it.
  3. Drag from the link control on a card to another card. Type the reason on the line.
  4. Leave the Room. The layout is still there when you come back.

Open on a card goes to that project. Double-click the canvas to write a note.

Select a project in the tray to focus its cards. Cards from the other projects fade.

The bar on the board is the agent. It sees the cards on the open board and searches one invited project. What it finds arrives as suggestions. Select Place on a card, or Place all. Nothing is saved until you do. Dismiss clears the set.

Boards in the tray are extra canvases. Overview is the first one.

A card shows the current project data. It does not copy the document or the entity. A line on the canvas does not add a fact to the graph. A suggestion does not either.

If you cannot open one invited project, that project’s cards shrink to a chip. The chip says why, and it does not show the project name or the source. You can edit the canvas only when you can open every invited project.

Invite a single project when the work stays inside it. There is no separate workbook on the project.
